What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping is FREE in India.
How long will it take for the order to reach me?
Please refer to the product page for the estimated shipping and delivery timelines for both domestic and international orders.
Our general delivery timeframe is 10–15 business days. You will receive your order within this time period. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a text message with all the tracking details.
In case of a delay in manufacturing, it may take up to 25 business days.
If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that they may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative — on some occasions, there might be unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any such delays.
What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
We will do our best to deliver your products within the estimated timelines. If your package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please call us at +91 9687693874 or write to us at pretmodesales@gmail.com and we will help resolve the issue as soon as possible.
My order has been shipped. Can I track it?
For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and courier company details.
You can track the status of your package 24 hours after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
We take 10–15 working days to ship international orders from our end.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Order Cancellation by Customer
Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Pretmode and accepts Pretmode’s final decision regarding the cancellation.
Cancellation by Pretmode
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept or fulfill and must cancel.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Some situations that may result in cancellation include:

Limitations on quantities available for purchase

Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information

Issues identified by our credit or fraud-avoidance department
We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
If your order (or part of it) is cancelled, or if additional information is required, we will contact you directly.
If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back to your card account.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Pretmode and accepts Pretmode’s final decision regarding the cancellation.
COURIER & DELIVERY

Domestic delivery takes 10–15 business days (excluding payment verification and administrative processes).

Orders are shipped within 48 hours after payment verification (excluding weekends and public holidays).

All deliveries are trackable and 100% insured.
The customer or addressee (anyone at the address) will be required to sign for the package upon delivery.
If no one is available to receive it, redelivery will be attempted up to 2 more times. The courier company will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive a detailed message with the courier name and tracking number. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the courier company after dispatch. However, our support team will assist you with the exact order status and location whenever needed.
